Your daily pitch 

Do you have a knack for building strong relationships and creating exceptional customer experiences? Are you the type of person who loves spotting opportunities, connecting 1:1, and making every interaction truly matter? If so, our Key Account Specialist - Deutschsprachig (m/w/d) role might be your perfect match! 

You’ll play a key role in customer retention and engagement—proactively reaching out, identifying new touchpoints, and ensuring our key customers feel supported and understood across every channel. With sharp sales instincts and a strong grasp of customer needs, you’ll help our players enjoy a safe and seamless experience. 

Your playing field 

  • You maximise the customer experience and lifetime value of your customer portfolio. 

  • You deliver proactive 1:1 treatment, including personalised offers via phone, email, and other channels to maintain long-term relationships. 

  • You ensure a safe environment by following best-in-class KYC, AML, and RG practices while ensuring customers play within their limits.  

  • You monitor, track, and analyse the financial effectiveness of campaigns through regular reporting.  

  • You work closely with other teams to create the best possible customer experience.  

  • You provide highquality, proactive service across the customer’s preferred channels (phone, email, chat…).  

  • You understand customer needs, translate them into business actions, and identify new sales opportunities. 

Qualifications

Which skills should you bring to the pitch: 

  • Qualifications. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Economics, sports related subjects or equivalent.

  • Experience. You bring an igaming industry and/or sales experience.  

  • Analytical & Problem‑Solving. Advanced analytical abilities with strong problem‑solving skills. 

  • Negotiation & Influence. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders and customers effectively. 

  • Communication. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Presentation Skills. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to deliver information clearly and confidently. 

  • Sales Skills. Solid sales capabilities, both in writing and in person. 

  • Data‑Driven Mindset. Highly data‑driven with a strong understanding of numerical insights. 

  • Excel Proficiency. Advanced Excel knowledge.
