Joining our Wagering & Media team, you will uncover growth opportunities, strengthen venue partnerships, and help deliver outstanding commercial outcomes across a dynamic retail footprint. 

 
Your role 
 
 You will drive the growth and performance of TAB’s owned and new business portfolio. You’ll identify new opportunities, optimise existing channels, and build strong partnerships that deliver lasting value. 

• Drive growth across owned and new retail business channels 

• Identify and convert high-potential venue opportunities into partnerships 

• Manage agency network performance, leases, and commercial outcomes 

• Build trusted relationships with venue partners and stakeholders 

• Lead venue onboarding, training, and operational readiness activities 

• Analyse market data to optimise network performance and growth 

 
What you'll need to succeed 

You are a commercially minded relationship builder who enjoys turning opportunities into results. Combining strong business acumen with a customer-focused approach, you confidently influence stakeholders and create meaningful outcomes. 

• Proven capability building and managing high-value commercial relationships 

• Strong ability to identify opportunities and deliver business growth 

• Experienced in sales, territory, or account management environments 

• Demonstrated commercial acumen with confidence interpreting performance data 

• Ability to influence stakeholders across diverse business settings 

• Strong communication and organisational skills with customer focus
