The Key Account Manager is responsible for the internal management of Instant game products which includes overseeing all aspects of the Game Creation process upon receiving approved concept artwork and prize structure, through Client approval; exercises best practices in the coordination of all components for Game Specifications to ensure all operating procedures and quality measures are maintained; researches and provides resolution and recommendations for issues related to Game Specification development/components, pre-manufacturing and manufacturing.
Job Functions:
Critical point of contact for all internal customers, including Director Customer Relations, legal, audit, programming, creative services, pre-manufacturing, production control, scheduling, finishing and shipping, etc.
Uses best practices to efficiently and effectively manage and prioritize the process flow of games for clients from approved prize structure and conceptual art through Game Specification development and manufacturing.
Develops Game Specifications and coordinates the components critical to the development process including: fonts, layouts, parameters, prize structure crosscheck, ticket samples, audit review, pricing, Profiles, etc.
Investigates and recommends resolution for game-related issues during the manufacturing phases.
Ensures all legal requirements are secured including trademark searches and third party contracts.
Develops state lottery rules and regulations for assigned games if required.
Maintains and updates Client profiles, internal Game Specification document, Master ticket backs, Master font and layout tables and packaging diagrams.
All other duties as assigned.

Self-starter and able to work well independently or in a group; ability to work with minimal supervision
Minimum 2 years printing, sales, marketing, auditing or customer service experience
