Responsibilities:

• Train new Casino Dealers and Shufflers on games and procedures
• Create and improve training materials
• Support trainees in delivering games confidently and professionally
• Update and refine training programs, structure, and content.
• Train staff on procedures and controls for table games
• Foster a positive and high-performance learning environment
• Motivate trainees to grow and develop professionally
• Provide regular feedback to trainees and management
• Work with Shift Managers to identify individual training needs

Requirements:  

• At least one year of experience as a Live Casino Dealer or in a training/mentoring role within the gaming industry.
• Strong knowledge of live casino games, including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat.
• Proficiency in Bulgarian language. 
• Be able to use English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to train or coach others, ideally in a professional or instructional setting.
• A passion for delivering knowledge and fostering a professional, respectful learning environment.
• A patient and kind demeanour. 
• High School Diploma (a University Degree is a plus).
