The Role

At the Multiple Group, we have an exciting opportunity for a Junior RPF Analyst to join our Risk, Payments & Fraud Team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding player movements, and identifying potential risks for abuse, as well as, analyzing data with the aim of identifying fraudulent activity and escalating this.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitoring player activities and flagging unusual behaviour in line with internal risk indicators.
• Assisting in the identification of potential fraud, duplicate accounts, and bonus abuse through daily operational checks.
• Performing routine reviews of accounts and transactions and escalating any suspicious findings according to internal procedures.
• Supporting the detection of payment irregularities and reporting trends that may indicate operational issues.
• Following and applying internal fraud prevention and AML procedures in day-to-day tasks.
• Processing customer documents and withdrawal requests within agreed SLAs.
• Reviewing KYC documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with CDD requirements.
• Assisting with enhanced due diligence requests by collecting and verifying required documentation.
• Conducting basic sanctions and PEP screening checks using approved tools and escalating matches for further review.
• Assisting with the monitoring of payment methods to ensure smooth processing and reporting technical issues when identified.
• Reviewing failed deposits and providing relevant information to Customer Support for resolution of payment queries.
• Supporting the monitoring of crypto transactions and flagging irregular or high-risk activity for further assessment.
• Maintaining accurate records of investigations, reviews, and actions taken.
• Liaising with internal teams such as Customer Support and Responsible Gaming to ensure smooth operational handling of cases.
• Ensuring proper handover of tasks between shifts and maintaining clear case documentation.
• Keeping up to date with internal policies and regulatory requirements relevant to the role.
• Participating in training sessions related to AML, fraud prevention, and payment operations.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Good communication and willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of online payments and/or fraud risks is a plus.
• Interest in AML, KYC, and fraud prevention.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to iGaming, fintech, or payment operations
• Basic knowledge of crypto (Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.)
• Familiarity with fraud detection tools or back-office systems
• Understanding of AML/KYC concepts
• Experience handling customer or payment-related queries
