DescriptionWe are seeking a Junior Risk & Payments Analyst to join our growing team of Analysts. You will work closely with the Risk and Payments Lead as well as other members of the Risk and Payments team, and other business teams. The ideal candidate should possess a keen interest in Sports Betting, Payments, and looking for a new opportunity to join a growing international company.
Responsibilities
- Prevent, detect and investigate all instances of risk/promo abuse associated with our product range.
- Identify suspicious activity/trends using various risk detection systems.
- Analyse account history and trends to take appropriate action on accounts.
- Register client’s documents, identify and verify new and existing customers using the related verification tools and methodologies.
- Request documentation to prove the identity of the client and/or the origin of the deposited funds.
- Handle customer requests related to withdrawals, verify source of balances, documentation and payment methods.
Requirements - Aware of documentation checks needed to identify risk and suspicious behavior.
- Knowledge of utilising online risk detection systems.
- Able to speedily interpret and process large quantities of data in a fast moving and ever-changing environment.
- Knowledge of MS Excel.
- Organised, self-driven, energetic and proactive in your work.
- Willing to learn new systems / technology / applications quickly.
- Strong numerical skills, analytical skills and attention to detail is essential.
- Able to work on own initiative, or as part of a team, with tight deadlines.
- Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of the French language would be considered an asset.
- The selected candidate will be required to work on a shift basis during weekends.
