Playtech‘s POP (Playtech Open Platform) Team is looking for a proactive Junior Product Operations Engineer with strong troubleshooting and investigation skills.

Please note that this is a parental leave cover position.

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

• Process internal and external customers' requests and issues.
• Make investigation of user complaints by application logs analysis and finding solution based on existing documentation.
• Collaborate with partners and stakeholders through ticket systems and emails.
• Apply application configuration changes.
• Support deployment, verification and testing processes.

Qualifications

Components for success. You...

• Have 1+ years of experience in production application support.
• Possess intermediate or higher proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrate clear and well‑structured verbal and written communication.
• Are able to analyze application and system logs.
• Bring strong troubleshooting and investigation skills.
• Have a basic understanding of network communications and protocols, including HTTP(S), TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, and load balancing.
• Have Linux CLI knowledge and experience.

• Experience with visualization tools such as Kibana and Grafana.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and processes, including Git, Jenkins, Argo CD.
• Programming/scripting on one of programming languages
• Kubernetes basics
