Playtech Managed Services is looking for a proactive Junior Portal Operations Specialist with excellent communication, attention to detail, reaction time and problem-solving skills.
Your influential mission. You will...
- Execute day-to-day CMS operations including content publishing, page configuration, and deployment management
- Manage Playtech's proprietary Portal CMS to deliver engaging player experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms
- Create, edit, and publish brand-consistent web content including game promotions, landing pages, banners, and dynamic player-facing content that supports business objectives.
- Design and launch high-converting landing pages for promotions, campaigns, and product launches
- Coordinate CMS activities with multiple external and internal parties.
- Familiarize yourself with the Playtech CMS documentation (Playtech Portal).
- Configure game feeds, categories, and promotional content for gambling platforms.
- Implement player segmentation rules to deliver personalized content experiences.
- Oversee content deployment workflows from staging to production environments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and responsible gaming standards.
- Create email templates for player communications, promotional campaigns, and engagement initiatives
- Monitor and analyse user traffic, engagement metrics, and customer behavior data to inform content decisions
- Identify new content opportunities and explore ways of repurposing existing content throughout the site.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing data-driven changes to site layout, content, and user experience
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent brand message across all channels
- Work with other technical teams (web developers, graphic designers, technical delivery).
- Create and maintain a content calendar that covers all aspects of content creation and delivery throughout the year.
Components for success. You...
- Are willing to develop your career in Portal Operations.
- Have previous experience in Web Operations, CMS Management or digital content operations (1 year minimum).
- Have proven experience with Content Management Systems (WordPress, Drupal, custom CMS platforms, etc.)
- Have a strong understanding of landing page design principles and conversion optimization
- Have experience with Responsive web design.
- Have working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web publishing workflows (ability to read/edit code)
- Have experience working with or building email marketing templates.
- Understand SEO fundamentals, web analytics and key performance metrics
- Possess knowledge of Web Operations methodologies and processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level minimum) - you'll work with international teams and stakeholders daily.
- Are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Have problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot CMS configuration issues.

PORTAL OPERATIONS TEAM
The Portal Operations Team is a crucial part of the Technical Operations department within Playtech Managed Services (PTMS). The team is dedicated to managing and optimizing content delivery across our clients' casino platforms through the Playtech Portal CMS. Our mission is to ensure seamless player experiences and operational excellence by maintaining high-quality digital content, executing timely deployments, and supporting business growth initiatives.
The team oversees all CMS operations including content creation and publishing, game configuration and platform customization. We collaborate closely with internal teams (Development, QA, Compliance) and external stakeholders to deliver engaging, compliant, and personalized player experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
We manage content workflows from staging to production, maintain detailed documentation of all changes, and drive continuous improvement through data analysis, best practice implementation, and proactive optimization of CMS processes.
