We are seeking a Junior C# Platform Developer to join our RAD team. This role is perfect for a early-career developer who has proven strong foundational skills in C# development and is eager to grow within our internal development ecosystem. You will work alongside authority developers to craft, develop, and maintain applications that support our RAD Platform.

This role will contribute to the development of internal tools, developer portals, and platform infrastructure that accelerate game development across Aristocrat. You will learn and apply standard methodologies in software development while gaining hands-on experience with enterprise-level technologies and cloud platforms.
 

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain applications using .NET and C# with a focus on internal platform features

  • Build and improve web applications using Blazor Server

  • Implement data access layers using Entity Framework Core

  • Design and implement relational databases to support internal platform applications

  • Develop RESTful APIs and microservices for internal platform integration

  • Implement data migration and versioning strategies for platform evolution

  • Implement real-time features using SignalR for live platform data and statistics

  • Deploy and run applications in Kubernetes environments

  • Apply Google Cloud Platform services to build and scale internal platform applications

  • Write unit tests and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality

  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

  • Work with internal partner to capture requirements and feedback for platform improvements

  • Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues in internal platform applications

  • Apply DevOps practices and infrastructure automation.

  • Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions for platform health.

  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following proven principles and standard processes

  • Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions

  • Develop and maintain user documentation for internal platform features

  • Contribute to internal training materials and developer onboarding processes

  • Participate in agile development processes and sprint planning
     

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

  • 1+ years of experience with C# development (academic projects, internships, or professional experience)

  • Strong problem-solving skills and algorithmic thinking

  • Good communication and collaboration abilities

  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing requirements

  • Passion for internal developer tools and platform development

Pay Range

$77,773 - $144,436 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
