Financial Reporting & Analysis
The Finance and Accounting Graduate assists in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. This role supports variance analysis to help management understand financial performance and trends.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
The Graduate will support the processing of invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions. The role involves reconciling accounts, tracking outstanding balances, and assisting with debt collection processes.
Budgeting & Forecasting

Audit Support & Internal Controls
The Finance and Accounting Graduate will assist with internal and external audit processes by preparing documentation, reconciling accounts, and responding to audit queries. They will also contribute to maintaining internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies.
Banking & Cash Management
