ENTER THE GAME

As an IT compliance officer, you will join the Global Security teams, whose role is to:

  • Ensure regulatory compliance across IT systems and processes, by conducting audits, managing documentation, and translating regulatory requirements into operational actions.
  • Identify and monitor IT compliance risks, consolidate remediation plans, and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the IT Compliance framework, through process optimization, tool enhancement, and strategic development initiatives.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

In this role, your main missions will be:

  • Conduct audits related to regulatory obligations and IT approval processes, in coordination with internal teams and relevant authorities.
  • Develop and manage the audit calendar in collaboration with external auditors and internal stakeholders. Organize kick-off meetings, follow-ups, and debrief sessions.
  • Review, validate, and submit audit reports to regulatory authorities within the required deadlines.
  • Perform continuous regulatory monitoring, analyze impacts, and translate requirements into actionable operational measures. Respond to regulator requests within the expected timeframes.
  • Ensure the accuracy, updating, and availability of internal IT documentation related to regulatory compliance.
  • Actively contribute to annual normative audits, in collaboration with internal teams and external firms.
  • Support initiatives aimed at strengthening and structuring the IT Compliance function, including the evolution of internal processes, tools, and practices.

This job is for you if:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a IT audit, IT compliance or cybersecurity.
  • You have a solid understanding of IT compliance, audit processes, and regulatory frameworks.
  • You enjoy translating complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable steps.
  • You’re comfortable analyzing technical documentation and identifying compliance risks.
  • You’re organized, rigorous, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • You value integrity, ethics, and have a strong risk-awareness mindset.
  • You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You’re motivated by continuous improvement and want to help shape the future of IT Compliance.
  • You have a genuine interest in IT systems, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory challenges
  • And finally, you speak English fluently

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?

If your application is shortlisted, Adèle will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).

Next, you will meet Sophie – Global Security Director and Céline – IT Compliance. Finally, Adèle will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.

The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
