What You'll Do

  • Complete inventory benchmarks to drive departmental performance and ensure alignment with operational strategies across safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals.
  • Analyse and organise cycle counting groups, inventory classification, and count schedules to ensure planned counts are enabled for the APAC Region (AU, Macau, NZ, PH) in accordance with Cycle Count SOP.
  • Develop and lead cycle counting activities with collaborators to guarantee accurate reporting and address discrepancies.
  • Facilitate Inventory Management Forum to discuss key drivers of inventory variance, corrective actions, and follow-through.
  • Manage planned cycle count events with Field Services teams to meet audit deliverables and report findings for improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee Field Services inventory through auto replenishment settings, field inventory consumption analysis, and trend reviews to drive improvements.
  • Monitor slow-moving and excess materials, working with the SLOB Review Forum to develop strategies to minimize obsolescence.
  • Analyse and support inventory actions as part of the Engineering Change Review Process.
  • Coordinate timely inventory transaction support to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Prepare and publish periodic inventory reports on cycle count trends and inventory performance.
  • Participate in inventory audits with financial business partners.
  • Coordinate and drive ERP implementation, enhancements, and troubleshooting to ensure minimal disruptions.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory systems, processes, and compliance with ISO requirements.
  • Cultivate strong connections with collaborators, showcasing Aristocrat’s values and behaviors.

What We're Looking For

  • A decade or more of experience in inventory or supply chain positions with a solid grasp of inventory systems and supply chain management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, reporting tools, and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics ERP preferred).
  • Valid forklift license preferred but not essential.
  • Proactive technical problem solver with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory reports and monitor processes efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
