The Position:

We are looking for an Promo Operations Executive Intern to join the Casino Marketing Operations team to contribute to the execution of marketing, business development and operational functions with internal stakeholders and external partners. This person will work with the team to create an exceptional and engaging customer experience.


Role Summary:
The role will report into the Promo Operations Team Lead. Specifically, you will perform activities across the following main areas: learning to use different backends, configurating different promo setups, following marketing plans, fixing issues.

The Operations Executive will work closely with marketing & product management members of our organization, therefore strong communication skills are important. Tasks require a strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Everyone on our team has a part to play:

  • Set up and fulfillment of enterprise marketing promotions
  • Perform promo QA to ensure team KPIs on accuracy and precision are met or exceeded
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of promo request audience, content and mechanics
  • Troubleshooting / Issue triage for all promotion related issues raised by Customer Support
  • Proactively monitor, audit and report on promotional content to optimize performance
  • Stakeholder responsible for guiding development of product enhancements for promotional tooling
  • Support collaboration with MarTech, RPA and Marketing teams to develop promotional automations
  • Contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of internal Promo Operations processes by finding efficiency gains and reviewing and refining recurring processes
  • Review promotion copy, terms, images and audience to ensure Responsible Gaming compliance
  • Assist the Risk and Trading teams in risk management tasks.
