Internship Content Delivery Executive - Flutter UK&I

Our team is looking for an Intern Content Delivery Executive to support delivering the best games to our brands (Paddy Power, Betfair & International) websites & apps.

Reporting to the Content Delivery Lead, you will play a role in ensuring that our games roadmap is acheived smoothly with a focus on the varied compliance requirements that our brands need to adhere to.

You will engage & gain experience working closely with stakeholders from various areas of the organisation with communication & a proactive attitude & mindset being key in a fast paced & challenging environment.

We work also with a various 3rd parties & Games Providers across the globe so building constuctive relationships across account & technical teams is fundemental to the success of the role.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Support the safe transition of games into our production environment for customers
• Liase and support the testing & delivery teams to ensure (Via 3rd parties) that as well as being compliant that the games are issue free with a high quality standard being acheived
• Gain technical understanding to help guide troubleshooting problems or delivery activities across the teams
• Provide progress & status updates to key stakeholders either verbally or written
• Observe and learn the onboarding of new suppliers onto our systems alongside Technology, Delivery & Product teams
• Build knowledge on all regulatory requirements to ensure they are met to keep customers safe & the business compliant
• Learn and help with coordinating 3rd party changes that impact our systems & customers
• Ensure, alongside our Product teams that on site requirements & assets are captured and implemented correctly to provide the optimum user experience for our customers
• Observe and learn skills in understanding and balancing commercial needs against technical requirements and capabilities
