The Decision Support Center of Excellence (COE) plays a critical role in supporting Aristocrat Full Potential initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve processes, reducing revenue leakage, optimizing costs, and enhancing operational efficiency. Through data-driven insights, the team helps senior leaders make informed decisions that shape the future of the business. As part of this experience, you will work alongside experienced finance and analytics professionals to analyze data, assess trends, and provide recommendations that strengthen Aristocrat’s commercial performance. This role is ideal for a student who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and learning how strategic decisions are made in a fast-paced, global gaming company. This internship provides hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration, allowing you to work on both recurring deliverables and high-impact ad hoc projects. You’ll gain real-world exposure to how finance drives business performance at a global company.

What You'll Do:

Data Analysis & Insights

  • Compile, clean, and analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, or areas of risk
  • Support investigations into possible revenue leakage, such as billing inconsistencies, or process gaps
  • Assist in building dashboards, reports, and models to support business case development and performance tracking

Process Improvement & Cost Optimization

  • Participate in identifying and documenting process inefficiencies across Finance and Commercial teams
  • Perform root-cause analysis and support the development of solutions to improve accuracy, speed, and transparency
  • Contribute to cost optimization analyses that help drive Aristocrat Full Potential opportunities

Decision Support

  • Prepare clear, concise summaries and visualizations for senior leaders, showing key findings and actionable recommendations
  • Assist in maintaining decision-support tools, templates, and process documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Billing, Operations) to gather information and validate findings

What We're Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree and entering a Junior or Senior Year in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • Must be 21 years of age by June 1, 2026
  • Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiar with PowerBI or Tableau a plus
  • Proficient or understanding of Excel
  • Confidence working with data in Excel (functions, pivot tables)
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly through slides or written summaries
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new systems, processes, and analytical methods
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools
  • Exposure to SQL or data modeling concepts
  • Interest in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Agile, etc.)
  • Passion for problem solving and operational excellence

Pay Range

$27,664 - $51,376 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
