THE ROLE:
Join a central Ops team that keeps Genius running smoothly - empowering our teams to focus on what they do best: driving the business forward.
The InPlay Operations Coordinator monitors live sports data, ensures operational accuracy, and supports analysts during live events. This role requires clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, while maintaining high-quality standards through supervision and administrative tasks. Additionally, this level involves taking on a leadership role by guiding and supporting the team effectively.

Monitor live sports data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Supervise and support analysts during live events, managing daily floor operations.

Act as a direct line manager for a team of up to ten InPlay Analysts.

Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Support staff training and development through operational guidance and feedback.

Promptly identify and resolve operational issues to ensure service continuity.

Coordinate and lead various non-operational projects to drive area improvements.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- Excellent understanding of sports rules and rules dynamics
- Good knowledge of sportsbook operations
- Proficiency with internal tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities under pressure
