Ignite Technical Program Manager

Aristocrat Interactive is seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Technical Program Manager to lead all aspects of the planning and delivery of our Ignite Studio platform. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of our game developer partners by ensuring seamless integration, development, quality assurance, and onboarding onto the Ignite platform.

Responsibilities:

Program Planning & Execution:

-Develop and lead comprehensive project plans for the integration, development, QA, and onboarding of Ignite Studio partners.

- Coordinate and balance multiple projects, identifying and resolving interdependencies.

- Establish and maintain clear project turning points, timelines, and results.

- Lead the coordination and implementation of technical integrations with partner studios.

-Interact of Ignite Partners to lead expectations and planning.

Technical Leadership & Oversight:

-Provide technical mentorship and support to partner studios and internal development teams.

- Be responsible for the technical elements of the platform, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

-Collaborate with development teams to ensure adherence to protocols and coding standards.

- Ensure the platform follows all regulatory compliance.

Team Leadership & Teamwork:

- Facilitate effective communication and teamwork among cross-functional teams, including development, QA, product, and partner studios.

-Act as a liaison between technical teams and customers, ensuring alignment on project goals and results.

-Lead partner communication, providing regular updates on project progress and risks.

Risk Management & Issue Resolution:

-Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or results.

- Develop and implement corrective actions to address project challenges.

-Proactively lead and bring up critical issues as needed.

Process Improvement & Optimization:

- Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies.

- Apply data and metrics to supervise project performance and identify areas for optimization.

-Align the product backlog to the company’s strategic goals.

- Own the main program documents.

Onboarding and Support:

- Create and own the onboarding plans for new partners/studios.

- Ensure that new studios have all the tools and information vital to succeed.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

· Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, preferably in the software development or gaming industry.

· Strong technical background with experience in software development methodologies and technologies.

· Confirmed experience leading sophisticated cross-functional projects.

· Proficiency with project management tools, such as Jira and Confluence (Atlassian suite strongly preferred).

· Acquaintance with Agile/Scrum ceremonies

· Experience with game design or online gambling is a significant advantage.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to lead multiple projects and priorities optimally.

· Proven capability to guide and empower teams.

· High proficiency in English.

· Proactive, diligent, and self-motivated.
