We’re looking for a iGaming & Process Compliance Analyst to help us scale smarter, move faster, and raise the bar across everything we do. Your job will be to assist internal controls and regulatory requirements for all online gaming operations in compliance with the different jurisdictions

In this role, you´ll:

  • Research Online Game regulations for each jurisdiction we operate and best practices.
  • Develop and execute new policies and procedures as required
  • Understand and evaluate internal controls in the different areas and specific Online
  • Gaming requirement and Responsible Gambling, for each jurisdiction we operate
  • Testing of new games, products, and software to ensure Responsible Gambling tool are functioning (as required)
  • Complete applications for international laboratories’ compliance certification
  • Reviews technical requirements and verifies compliance of the company’s products in various jurisdictions
  • Assists with periodic reviews and audits of products and services, ensuring compliance with high-risk regulations or detecting regulatory violations
  • Assist the management in compliance awareness and learning programs
  • Assist in compliance reviews within the company, develop actions and forward plan as necessary for appropriate areas
  • Communication with auditors or regulators and following up on applications to align to the Online Game framework

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Political Sciencies, Law or similar roles
  • Desirable minimum 2 years in the iGaming industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and professional networking skills
  • Advanced analytical abilities
  • Manage to deliver in time each task assigned
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken Portuguese and English
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to work
