As a iGaming Business Owner, you will take full ownership of the iGaming vertical in (NJ/CA/SE/DK/GR/IT/ES).
You will lead both the market entry planning and ongoing commercial and product operations of our gaming offering. This includes aligning with licensing requirements, localising the game portfolio, and ensuring regulatory and performance standards are met post-launch. Working cross-functionally with Product, Compliance, Marketing, CRM, and Commercial teams, while also managing day to day relationships with gaming providers, you will deliver a competitive and compliant gaming experience tailored to the region.

Responsibilities:

Pre-launch (Market Entry & Setup):

  • Conduct detailed market research, regulatory analysis, and competitor benchmarking for the specified region
  • Define the ideal provider mix and content portfolio, considering certification status, player preferences, and regulatory fit
  • Provide input into site structure, lobby layout, and promotional positioning ahead of launch

Post-launch (Operations & Optimisation):

  • Monitor lobby performance and provider KPIs (game launches, NGR, retention impact).
    Propose and implement data-driven optimizations: content rotation, featured games, lobby restructuring, etc.
  • Track player engagement and content performance across segments and markets
  • Actively engage with different departments to report regional insights, supplier performance, and deliverables
  • Recommend game roadmap updates based on market trends, compliance updates, and revenue performance
  • Serve as the key liaison for regional content launches, campaign execution, and regulatory changes



Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in the iGaming industry in a similar role
  • Hands-on experience managing iGaming product or commercial performance in a regulated market
  • Familiarity with regional licensing requirements and game certification processes
  • Strong analytical mindset – able to assess performance and drive optimisation
  • Fluent in English
