THE JOB:
As an HVAC Engineer, you will keep the heart of our property running smoothly by maintaining, repairing, and installing the systems that keep our guests and team members comfortable. From air conditioning and heating to refrigeration and ventilation, you’ll ensure every space feels welcoming and reliable. With a balance of technical expertise and attention to detail, you will play a critical role in creating a safe, efficient, and enjoyable environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

THE STARTING RATE: $23.12 an hour

THE SCHEDULE:

Grave Shift | 11:00pm - 7:00am

Must be open and flexible to work outside the primary schedule including weekends and holidays

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain, repair, and install air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration systems, air handlers, exhaust fans, supply fans, and related equipment throughout the property
• Perform daily walkthroughs of assigned areas, identifying and completing necessary repairs promptly
• Complete work orders with accuracy, efficiency, and superior craftsmanship
• Keep all equipment and work areas clean, organized, and safe at all times
• Maintain accurate records and communication through property systems such as the talent portal, email, and other tools
• Stay informed on current techniques, tools, and technical methods to deliver the highest quality of work
• Provide support to department management in both technical and administrative functions

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Holds a High School Diploma or GED
• Possesses strong technical and troubleshooting skills with HVAC systems and equipment
• Has EPA 608 Universal Certification
