The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for supporting all areas of Human Resources. Additionally, this position is responsible for greeting all Team Members who come to the front desk area, maintaining the physical personnel and benefits files, and for assisting in everyday activities of the department by performing duties as assigned. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet applicants for interviews and on-boarding processes.

  • File applications and resumes.

  • Answer Team Member and applicant inquiries.

  • Assist HR Generalists with new hire processing, background checks, and I9 verifications in HireRight.

  • Assist in scheduling screening appointments, reference checks and job offers.

  • Answer the HR telephone in a professional manner.

  • Mail runs necessary.

  • Uses excellent skill level and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook to assist with Team Member communications, recognition, data gathering and processing, and to support the HR Generalists, HR Manager, and Director of HR, as needed.

  • Is responsible for limited, accurate and effective data input into the HR Information System

  •  Responsible for the daily maintenance/update of all personnel and medical files.

  • Assist with processing bar codes, name tags, and assists with new hire on-boarding and password resets.

  • Orders supplies for the HR Office.

  • Assists with all recognition and sign-on bonus programs for Team Members.

  • Work closely with event planning as assigned.

  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Equivalent to a high school education. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. 2-3 years of office and/or HR experience is preferred.
