As a new team and business in Greece we are creating a new position as part of our HR team in Athens. You will have the opportunity to be able to be part of the legal entity set up, benefit selection and ensuring we are compliant with local legislation. You will work as part of our wider International HR Operations team and will be the first point of contact for payroll, benefits and HR queries for our employees in Athens. Playing a key role in ensuring an excellent employee experience. We are looking for someone who has the ability and desire to continue to improve processes, looking for ways to create a better-than-expected people experience and a desire to use Technology to bring self-service and automation.
