About Flutter Functions:

The Flutter Functions division is a key component of Flutter Entertainment, responsible for providing essential support and services across the organization. The division encompasses various corporate functions, including finance, legal, human resources, technology, and more, ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment throughout the company

Role Overview:

We are seeking an HR Operations Manager to join our People Services team. This role will be an integral part of the Group People Services team. This person will be an excellent stakeholder manager as they will need to build strong relationships with CPOs and Key HR Leaders in different countries around EMEA region. They will be responsible to ensure the excellent level of services expected. They will drive excellence through close management of KPIs and SLAs. They will also work with the Knowledge and Effectiveness team to look at opportunities for automation.

Specifically looking for someone who is fluent in Italian!

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:  

  • Lead a team of HR Operations members managing customer queries end-to-end, processing Workday transactions, and managing mass data uploads where applicable.
  • People and performance management.
  • Work with HRBPs and TAs across the business to understand demand and local needs.
  • Build a strong working relationship across Group HR Operations Teams, regardless of their location.
  • Drive a high-performance customer focussed culture across the team.
  • Point of escalation for issues and concerns.
  • Manage escalations and issues arising from team activity.
  • Ensure agreed KPIs and metrics are achieved within your team ensuring business requirements are met.
  • Review team’s performance on a regular basis, using real time data to identify key issues and predict future challenges and trends.
  • Work in an agile way to support other teams as needed during periods of peak activity.
  • Support and drive People Services projects such as implementation of Case Management tooling and any other EMEA country specific requirements.

Skills, Capabilities & Experience Required:

  • Experience of HR Shared Services Operational Management in an international company.
  • Italian language – advanced – required.
  • Excellent written communication skills, in Italian and English.
  • Previous HR experience supporting Italy and / or solid knowledge of Italian labour legislation is an advantage.
  • Extensive experience working within global HR Operations teams with understanding of the day-to-day operational processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to monitor KPIs to measure service quality in order to drive continuously improved operational excellence.
  • Team player with strong people management skills; able to support the day to day running of an HR Global Hub team.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to identify and solve problems as required.
