Role Overview:

As an HR Generalist at Neo Group, you will support daily HR operations by maintaining employee records, aiding engagement initiatives, onboarding, managing documentation, and assisting with payroll and benefits. You will address employee inquiries, promote a positive workplace, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Collaborating with the HR team and stakeholders, you'll help enhance efficiency and continuous improvement in HR processes.

What you can expect from the role:
  • Ensure the maintenance and updating of employee records (both digital and physical copies),
  • Facilitate the processes of employee onboarding and off-boarding,
  • Draft employment contracts, correspondence, and other HR-related documents,
  • Administer the application processes for work permits and visas for international employees,
  • Organize training sessions and keep accurate training records,
  • Address employee inquiries concerning HR policies and procedures,
  • Supervise and ensure the accuracy of data within the HRIS platform,
  • Oversee the management of leave and attendance records,
  • Assist in payroll preparation by supplying necessary employee information,
  • Support HR reporting and data analysis as required.
  • Prior Experience: Demonstrated experience in an HR administrative capacity.
  • Tech-Savvy: Competence in HRIS systems and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding organizational abilities.
  • Communicator Extraordinaire: Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Discreet and Trustworthy: Capacity to manage confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • HR Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices and tools.
  • Time Manager: Proven ability to prioritize responsibilities and effectively meet deadlines.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is advantageous.
