HR Coordinator

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As our HR Coordinator based in Malaga, you will be part of a global HR team and will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

●    Daily operations of the HR Department such as drafting employment contracts,

     maintaining the HR system with employee details, being the first point of contact for

     employee queries and providing guidance.

●    Engaging and terminating employees on Jobsplus, liaising with external stakeholders,

     including government authorities

●    Managing work permits for Non-EU employees and handle any other necessary

     documents

●    Coordinating new employee orientation sessions, preparing new hire paperwork and

     ensuring all documents required are complete.

●    Using current HR tools to analyse data to identify patterns and trends that can help

     create/improve processes.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

●    Experience in preparing offer letters & contracts and ensuring a good candidate

     experience.

●    Experience of maintaining and updating employee records.

●    Experience of managing and coordinating an employee benefits programme.

●    Be familiar with, and keep up to date with employment law changes.
