As an HR Business Partner, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of how we support and grow our distributed, frontline workforce that is focused on our Lottery business. This role offers the chance to build meaningful connections, lead key people strategies, and partner with leaders as the business evolves. You’ll work closely with HR leadership and local managers to strengthen engagement, support talent development, and scale impactful HR initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Serve as a strategic advisor to Directors and Managers across 20 fulfillment centers within the U.S. and Puerto Rico, and support a large population of hourly employees across various shifts and locations.
Develop a deep understanding of the Lottery business and lead key employee engagement strategies in partnership with local and senior leadership.
Manage core HR responsibilities such as performance, compensation planning, leadership coaching and policy guidance.
Partner with teams like Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Workforce Planning on headcount, hiring, and specialized compensation frameworks.
Collaborate with Senior HRBPs to build business context and gradually take on senior stakeholder relationships.
Travel to fulfillment centers up to 20% of the time to build connections and gather insights to develop and evolve practices and protocols.
Partner with People Analytics to leverage data that informs the best people and business decision outcomes.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of HRBP or Generalist experience, preferably in a retail, warehouse, or distributed setting.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% of the time, across the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
Comfort supporting hourly workforces in non-desk environments with unique needs.
Experience with core HR functions like performance management, compensation, and talent planning.
A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust across teams and solve complex problems with confidence.
A detail-oriented, analytical approach with a passion for using data to drive decisions, paired with strong communication and strategic thinking skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 96,000.00 USD - 120,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
