About the role:As an HR Assistant, you'll be the vital support system for the HR team, handling administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding processes

What will you be doing:
- Greeting colleagues and solve any HR related queries;
- Drawing up specific legal documents: individual labor contracts, additional documents, decisions, certificates, requests, statements, etc.;
- Preparing, checking and archiving the personnel files;
- Keep records of all HR related documents
- Maintain computer system by updating and entering data;
- Orient new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.);
- Serve as a point of contact for all new employee questions
- Maintain current HR files and databases;
- Update and maintain employee benefits, employment status, and similar records;
- Complete termination paperwork and assisting with exit interviews.
What makes you a strong candidate:
- Problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve queries in a timely manner;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- To communicate clearly, both written and verbally, as to communicate with employees, members of the HR management team
- English medium level;
- Medium level of using MO package;
- Good prioritization and time-planning;
- Organized and a team-player.
