As our Head of Talent Acquisition, you will report directly to the Chief People Officer and lead the evolution of Talent Acquisition across the Group.
You will define the vision, elevate recruitment standards and position Talent Acquisition as a trusted advisor to the business. From workforce planning to executive hiring, from employer branding to AI-powered recruitment, you will build a modern, scalable and high-performing Talent Acquisition function that supports Betclic's ambitious international growth.

WHAT ARE THE RECRUITMENT STEPS?
If your application is shortlisted, Elodie will contact you within a week for an initial HR screening (30 minutes). Then, you will complete the AssessFirst test (personality, motivation and cognitive reasoning).
Next, you will meet the Chief People Officer, your future manager, followed by members of the Executive Leadership Team.
As part of the recruitment process, you may also be invited to present your vision of Talent Acquisition and discuss a strategic business case related to organisational growth and transformation.
Finally, our Talent Acquisition team will conduct a final HR interview to review your AssessFirst results together.
The recruitment process usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to ensure an optimal experience for you.
