We have our own proprietary platform which is a living organism of 150+ microservices and applications, most of them highly available. Our microservices' stack is .NET Core, SQL Server, RabbitMQ as a Message Broker and Redis for caching. We also use the ELK stack for logging, Kafka for event streaming and MongoDB.

What you will work on

We are looking for a visionary Head of QA Engineering to redefine quality at scale across multiple product verticals. This isn't about managing a "testing phase"; it’s about architecting a culture where quality is an intrinsic part of our engineering DNA. You will lead a high-performing organization of QA and Automation Engineers through their respective Team Leaders, ensuring that speed and excellence move hand-in-hand.

In this role, you will be a key driver of our AI-First QA strategy. Working alongside our QA Architect and Core teams, you will pioneer the use of Artificial Intelligence to collapse feedback loops, automate the complex, and push the boundaries of what modern quality engineering looks like.

• Strategic Leadership: Own the end-to-end quality vision across all product verticals, moving beyond "QA" to true Quality Engineering.
• Organizational Growth: Lead, mentor, and scale a multi-layered team, managing QA & Automation Engineers through Team Leaders.
• AI Transformation: Architect and execute a roadmap for AI-driven QA, implementing intelligent test generation, self-healing frameworks, and predictive defect analysis to maximize productivity.
• Integration & Velocity: Ensure QA is a seamless part of our CI/CD pipelines, driving "shift-left" practices that empower teams to release with high confidence and zero friction.
• Standardization: Partner with the QA Architect to ensure frameworks, infrastructure, and standards are not just created, but adopted and optimized across the board.
• Data-Driven Excellence: Define and monitor the metrics that matter—focusing on release stability, cycle time reduction, and the tangible ROI of AI initiatives.
• Quality as an Outcome: High-velocity releases with high confidence and minimal post-production defects.
• Operational Scale: A scalable, autonomous QA organization where Team Leaders are empowered and standards are consistently met.

What you bring

• At least 3 years of experience leading QA organizations in complex, multi-team Agile environments (managing through Team Leads).
• Good understanding of how AI and LLMs are disrupting the testing landscape. You have a clear vision for using AI tools to replace manual overhead and accelerate delivery.
• A deep understanding of modern SDLC, CI/CD, and the ability to balance aggressive delivery goals with uncompromising quality standards.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to advocate for quality at the executive and departmental levels.
• A University or Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
