Head of Product - Prediction markets

We are looking for a Head of Product to lead the charge in one of the most exciting frontiers of iGaming and Fintech: Prediction Markets. This isn't just about managing a roadmap; it’s about building a 0→1 platform where data-driven logic meets market psychology.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy for the prediction markets platform
- Design a go-to-market and scaling plan from MVP to full market adoption
- Identify core user segments (retail, advanced traders, institutions) and tailor product features accordingly
- Benchmark and analyze competitors (e.g., Kalshi, Polymarket, traditional derivatives exchanges)
- Lead the design of prediction market mechanics: market structures, settlement rules, market resolution processes, liquidity incentives and market depth strategies
- Collaborate with quantitative and trading teams on: market creation frameworks, pricing logic and risk constraints
- Ensure clarity, simplicity, and fairness in market rules
- Translate strategy into clear product requirements (PRDs) and execution plans
- Own backlog prioritization and sprint planning with engineering teams
- Drive MVP launch and iterative product improvements based on data and user feedback
- Define success metrics (liquidity, volume, retention, market accuracy)
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to: ensure product design aligns with regulatory requirements, translate regulatory constraints into product and UX decisions, participate in regulator-driven product discussions when needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, with senior ownership of complex products
- Strong experience in financial markets, trading platforms, exchanges, or fintech
- Direct exposure to prediction markets, derivatives, sports betting, or crypto markets is a strong plus
- Experience building 0→1 products or major platform redesigns.
- Deep understanding of: market mechanics, liquidity concepts, order books / AMMs / pricing models
- Ability to think strategically while executing at a detailed level
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Nice to Have
- Experience working with regulators (CFTC, exchange licensing, or similar)
- Background in economics, finance, or quantitative fields
- Experience launching products in regulated or compliance-heavy industries
- Familiarity with liquidity incentive models and market-making programs
