Head of Marketing Performance & Communications

Hybrid | Full-time | Maidenhead

Join Mecca Bingo, one of the UK’s leading leisure brands, and play a pivotal role in shaping how marketing performance, insight and communications drive commercial growth.

As Head of Marketing Performance & Communications, you’ll report into the Marketing Director and lead the development of a strong, insight‑led marketing performance culture. You’ll connect data, customer understanding and communications to ensure marketing activity is measurable, optimised and commercially impactful across a national, multi‑site estate.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Owning and evolving Mecca’s marketing performance framework, including KPIs, dashboards and ROI tracking
  • Translating complex data and insight into clear, compelling narratives that inform senior decision‑making
  • Embedding a test‑and‑learn approach to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
  • Leading PR and social media strategy to deliver both brand impact and measurable value
  • Ensuring insight‑led strategies are practical and actionable for venue teams
  • Leading and developing a multi‑disciplinary team across insight, data, PR and social

What we’re looking for

  • Senior marketing leadership experience, ideally in leisure, hospitality or multi‑site environments
  • Strong expertise in marketing performance, analytics and ROI
  • Proven ability to connect customer insight, communications and commercial outcomes
  • Confident influencer with experience working closely with senior stakeholders
  • Commercially focused, insight‑driven and able to simplify complexity into action
