Head of Marketing – iGaming | Based in Malta

We are Enteractive, a third-party service provider in the iGaming industry. We are experts in the activation and reactivation of players from online casino and sportsbook operators. Through our (Re)Activation Cloud®, we call the players to promote our client’s platforms while making sure they play responsibly.

We're searching for a Head of Marketing to lead our brand, digital, and event strategies—and take our global presence to the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and mentor a small in-house marketing team (Visual Designer & Digital Marketer)
• Align marketing efforts with B2B sales & key accounts to drive growth and awareness
• Create compelling digital campaigns, event branding, and standout content
• Strengthen Enteractive’s employer brand to attract top talent
• Conduct market research and continuously refine strategy based on performance insights
• Ensure consistent, localized marketing across our regions

• 5–7 years in marketing, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong B2B marketing experience, ideally in iGaming or tech
• Skilled in digital content, branding, event marketing & social media
• Tools: Adobe Suite, Canva, CMS/web editors, and bonus if familiar with SEO
• Confident communicator with cross-functional and cross-regional coordination skills
