The team exists to understand what drives customer behaviour, where the biggest commercial opportunities exist and how Stake can earn a larger role in our customers’ investing journeys. They connect acquisition, lifecycle, product, data, engineering and brand into a single system designed to compound over time.
This isn’t a traditional marketing function. It’s a commercial engine. One that combines customer insight, experimentation and financial discipline to drive sustainable growth at scale.

As Head of Growth, you'll define how we invest for that future. You'll build the systems, frameworks and commercial discipline that determine where we deploy capital, which customers we prioritise and how we maximise long-term value creation.
You'll lead one of the company's most influential functions, partnering closely with leaders across Product, Brand, Engineering, Data and Finance. Your work will shape customer growth strategy, influence company-wide prioritisation and help determine how Stake scales over the coming years.
You'll have built a growth engine that compounds.
Stake will have a clear understanding of which customers create the greatest long-term value, how to acquire them efficiently and how to deepen engagement over time. Growth investment decisions will be faster, more disciplined and grounded in clear commercial returns.
Super will be a proven growth lever with repeatable economics and scalable conversion pathways. Lifecycle growth will operate as a system rather than a series of campaigns. Customer value creation will be measurable, predictable and continuously improving.
Most importantly, you'll have helped elevate the commercial sophistication of the business. Teams across Stake will think more clearly about customer value, capital allocation and long-term growth because of the systems and standards you've put in place.
