•     Provide technical accounting support for M&A, including due diligence and purchase price allocations.

•     Prepare monthly management accounts and monthly reporting packs for senior management and the board.
•     Prepare quarterly reports for public release, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with listing and disclosure obligations.
•     Provide analysis and commentary that supports decision-making and clear communication with the market.

•     Liaise with the Audit Committee, including preparing papers and attending meetings.
•     Support the board's going concern and viability assessments, providing the underlying financial analysis.
•     Ensure data integrity and security of financial systems and records, including appropriate retention.

•     Support investor relations, market disclosures and results announcements.
•     Ensure compliance with listing rules, market abuse and disclosure obligations and the requirements of the relevant accounting regulator.

•     Drive finance systems, automation and process improvement across ERP and consolidation tools.

•     Track record of delivering accurate reporting to demanding deadlines.

•     Excellent technical accounting and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
•     Ability to manage multiple concurrent reporting cycles under pressure.
•     Strong communication skills, able to explain technical matters to non-finance stakeholders.
