This 15-month secondment is an opportunity to take on broader commercial finance leadership responsibility with genuine influence across our Gaming and Corporate portfolios. You’ll help shape critical decisions, strengthen financial performance and accountability, and provide the commercial insight senior leaders need to drive performance and growth.

Your role

Reporting to the General Manager Commercial Finance, you’ll lead a small team of finance professionals while partnering across the Gaming and Corporate portfolios. You’ll work closely with senior executives to provide insight, challenge thinking and support stronger commercial decisions.

• Partner with executive leaders to support commercial decision making
• Own budgeting, forecasting and performance across key portfolios
• Lead three-year planning and key financial assumptions
• Drive cost efficiency and value-focused investment decisions
• Oversee executive reporting, governance and compliance requirements
• Lead, coach and develop a capable team of finance professionals

What you'll need to succeed

You bring commercial curiosity, sound judgement and the confidence to build relationships and influence at senior levels. You’re ready to broaden your leadership impact, combining strong financial capability with a genuine interest in the commercial drivers behind business performance.

• Strong commercial finance and business partnering experience
• Ability to build credibility and influence with senior stakeholders
• Strong financial modelling, analysis and performance management capability
• Experience leading, coaching or developing finance professionals
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
• Experience across Gaming, Corporate or another complex business environment would be advantageous
