Join us as our Head of Data & Analytics, where you’ll shape how Customer Care uses data, reporting, and insight to make smarter decisions. You’ll lead a technical team, build strong data foundations, and drive a culture where high-quality data and clear intelligence power everything we do.
Reporting to the Director of Global Planning & Insight, you’ll lead the strategy for data, reporting, and analytics. You’ll champion data governance, quality, and lifecycle management, and you’ll guide the adoption of automation, visualisation, and advanced analytics across the function. You’ll be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and a key partner to technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead a world-class reporting and analytics function, ensuring clear, accurate, and timely insight.
Strengthen data quality, consistency, and governance across systems and teams.
Deliver the data strategy and roadmap, aligned to operational and strategic needs.
Drive automation and standardisation of reporting and visualisation tools.
Oversee the full data lifecycle, ensuring robust stewardship and scalable foundations.
Partner with technology leaders to enable advanced analytics and emerging AI capabilities.
Build and develop a high-performing global team with clear direction and support.
Must-have requirements
Strong experience delivering data management, governance, or analytics transformations.
Deep understanding of data lifecycle management and enterprise data ecosystems.
Ability to solve complex data issues with practical, scalable solutions.
Proven experience leading technical data teams and developing high-performing talent.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
Experience collaborating across functions and embedding strong data practices.
Nice-to-haves
Knowledge of the gaming industry.
Understanding of legal, regulatory, and privacy considerations relating to data and analytics.
