Your daily pitch

The Head of CRM Monetisation (m/f/x) is our playmaker when it comes to turning insights into winning strategies. Leading a team of three, this role runs point on product testing, database research, and competitor monitoring - always keeping an eye on the field to spot new opportunities.

But it’s not just about crunching numbers. You take data off the bench and put it into action, delivering clear insights and impactful presentations that help our stakeholders stay ahead of the game. The ultimate goal? To drive engagement and monetisation by finding smarter, faster, and more effective ways to optimize our CRM through the analysis of data and checking our product, competition and market gaps. In short, this role helps us to stay competitive, keep our fans engaged, and ensure we’re always scoring big with our customers.

Your playing field

  • You lead the play in generating and sharing regular product testing, including QA for new feature releases.
  • You pass on valuable feedback to stakeholders, sparking improvements and fresh ideas based on marketing research and competitor testing.
  • You collaborate with analysts to connect the dots across multiple insight sources and create the full picture.
  • You support the CRM squad by delivering reports and gathering data from a variety of sources.
  • You work closely with colleagues from other teams and our tech department to drive the the game plan focusing on the business side of our CRM roadmap.

Qualifications

Which skills should you bring to the pitch

  • Education. You hold a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Marketing, Data, or a related field.
  • Experience. You bring 4+ years of experience in a similar role. A background in iGaming is essential, with a strong focus on marketing and data analysis. Alternatively you bring a strong background from consultancy with a similar expertise.
  • Language. Fluency in English is a must as it’s our main business language. German skills are a plus - as we’re the #1 sports betting company in Germany.
  • Leadership. You are an inspiring leader with people management experience driving the success of your team.
  • Mindset. Your data-driven, analytical mindset helps you to analyze and find solutions for complex problems. You are highly motivated to achieve the best results and you bring a positive, can-do attitude to the game.
