The Role:
The Multiple is seeking an experienced Head of Commercials to lead the commercial strategy and supplier ecosystem across our B2B iGaming platform. This role sits within the B2B Operations function and reports to the Head of B2B Operations. The Head of Commercials is responsible for the commercial performance, contractual frameworks, and strategic growth of our supplier and distribution partner network. In this role, you will own the full commercial lifecycle of our game aggregator and platform partnerships.
You will lead negotiations, optimise revenue share structures, improve contractual terms, and expand our B2B ecosystem in alignment with company growth objectives. Your focus is ensuring our partner ecosystem is commercially optimised, strategically positioned, and structured to support long-term scalable growth. This is a senior, externally-facing role requiring strong negotiation capability, commercial judgment, and strategic ecosystem thinking within the iGaming platform space. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, based in Malta.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning the commercial strategy for all aggregator, and platform supplier relationships.
- Leading negotiation and renegotiation of:
o Revenue share agreements
o Fee structures
o Contract terms and renewal frameworks
o Market and jurisdiction coverage rights
- Designing and maintaining commercial frameworks that optimise margin and scalability.
- Building and expanding new strategic partnerships across the B2B ecosystem.
- Evaluating potential new suppliers and partners based on commercial viability and strategic fit.
- Collaborating with Product and Technical teams to prioritise integrations based on commercial impact.
- Working closely with the Business Account Manager to align supplier commercials with operator performance.
- Partnering with Finance to monitor margin performance and supplier cost structures.
- Establishing clear governance processes for supplier lifecycle management, including onboarding, review cycles, and contract renewals.
- Representing The Multiple in commercial negotiations, partner meetings, and industry events.
- Identifying opportunities to consolidate, optimise, or rationalise the supplier portfolio to improve efficiency and performance.
- Driving long-term commercial value creation across the platform ecosystem.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in commercial partnerships, supplier management, or business development within iGaming (platform, aggregation, or operator environment).
- Strong understanding of iGaming commercial models, including:
o Revenue share structures
o Setup and integration fees
o Tiered commercial models
o Market-specific licensing considerations
- Proven experience negotiating commercial agreements and contractual frameworks with operators, game studios, aggregators, or B2B platform partners.
- Demonstrated ability to improve margin performance through renegotiation and commercial optimisation.
- Experience structuring long-term partnership frameworks rather than one-off deals.
- Strong understanding of platform ecosystems and content aggregation dynamics.
- Ability to balance commercial objectives with technical feasibility and operational realities.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, integration, finance, and compliance teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability.
