Key Responsibilities
- Working with the Heads of Country you will define market-specific growth strategies, through to execution, for Spain, Mexico and LATAM in line with Super Group objectives.
- Work with various key stakeholder to optimise Sportsbook margin, casino mix & bonus efficiency
- Driving regional growth by securing strategic partnerships, analysing market performance, and implementing effective commercial strategies
- Identify new regulated market entry opportunities and lead go-to-market planning
- In collaboration with Country Heads, you will adapt global product and commercial strategies to local player behaviours, payment preferences and cultural nuances
- Ensuring full regulatory, licensing, and AML compliance across all jurisdictions
- Partner closely with Legal, HR, Compliance and Responsible Gambling teams to manage regulatory change and risk
- Shaping and managing regional budgets, optimising financial performance, and overseeing marketing investment effectiveness
- Monitoring KPIs, delivering clear performance reporting, and providing strategic insights to senior leadership
- Aligning cross‑functional teams by streamlining reporting, communication and operational processes
- Overseeing acquisition, retention, and multichannel marketing strategies, ensuring content, campaigns, and customer journeys are locally relevant and optimised
- Enhancing player experience across all touchpoints, reducing friction and maximising lifetime value
- Collaborating with product and development teams to influence roadmaps and drive continuous product improvement
- Building strong stakeholder relationships and leading cross‑regional collaboration to share best practices and support sustainable market growth
- Growing our high value customer program while ensuring this customer case is retained and increases
- Fostering an environment of innovation, new idea generation and creativity

Essential skills you’ll bring to the table
The necessary skills that we require for this role include:
- Proven senior leadership experience across Spain and Mexican markets in the online gaming industry
- Experience engaging with regulators in Spain and Mexico, LATAM desirable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals
- Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope
- Experienced in scaling markets from early stage to mature
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations
- Strong data literacy (cohort analysis, player segmentation & revenue modelling
- Ability to define and execute regional strategy across multiple markets
- Strong commercial acumen with experience driving revenue, ROI, and market growth
- Expertise in setting KPIs, performance frameworks, and operational priorities across regions
- Deep understanding of Spain, Mexico and LATAM regulatory environments
- Strong financial management, budgeting, and forecasting skills
- Ability to lead, inspire, and mentor teams across regions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at C level
