Provide visible, strategic leadership across HR Operations and Transformation, shaping the transformation roadmap as part of the Extended Leadership Team.
Act as the senior advocate for colleague experience, ensuring all initiatives are people-led, insightful and improve capability, engagement, and performance.
Lead the global Change, Adoption & Organisation Readiness function, defining priorities and driving delivery excellence across all People Transformation programmes.
Design and implement enterprise-wide change and adoption strategies that deliver measurable business, cultural and colleague outcomes.
Sponsor and govern essential communications, engagement, and learning programmes across all Flutter brands to ensure alignment, clarity, and consistency.
Define and embed adoption frameworks, critical metrics, and governance standards to track success, mitigate risks, and ensure change sticks.
Build strong, influential partnerships with senior HR, Technology and Brand leaders to align priorities and drive accountability.
Oversee organisational readiness activities, including new brand onboarding, automation and AI readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, developing our global change community through coaching, capability building and best-practice leadership.
Apply deep expertise in strategic change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, Kotter) to guide and optimise implementation.
Use exceptional communication and storytelling skills to influence executive partners and translate complex programmes into clear, compelling narratives.
Lead with commercial acumen, balancing long-term transformation goals with practical delivery needs across a federated organisation.
Bring strong analytical and problem-solving capability to diagnose issues and shape effective, insight-led solutions.
Demonstrate collaborative leadership aligned to Flutter’s values of integrity, collaboration, and drive.
Apply deep understanding of HR functions, operating models, and digital transformation to shape scalable, colleague-centred solutions.
(Desirable) Hold Prosci Change Practitioner certification or similar.
(Advantageous) Experience in HR Operating Model design or Organisational Development.
