Grosvenor Casinos has reimagined its brand;  refreshed, modern, emotionally sharper and now we’re looking for a Head of Brand who brings it to life everywhere our customers experience us.
Across 50+ Casinos, digital touchpoints, partnerships, campaigns, content, and the everyday rhythm of our teams, your work will set the tone for what Grosvenor means in 2026 and beyond.

This is the role for a marketer who thinks in ideas, moves with pace, and knows how to turn brand theory into brand reality. A strategist. A storyteller. A creator. A collaborator.

A brand with momentum: We’ve built the foundations; positioning, identity, tone of voice and now we need a leader who can activate it at scale and keep the brand alive in every moment that matters.

A chance to shape the full customer experience: Digital, in venue, social, POS, partnerships, employer brand; if it touches the customer or the team, you touch it.

Influence that lands: You’ll shape decisions across Marketing, Operations, People & Culture, Digital and 50+ Venues

A visible role with creative scope: You’ll take ideas from concept to reality; campaigns, activations, content, F&B partnerships, insight led improvements.

A team to lead, inspire and elevate: Brand Manager, Head of Social & Digital, Content Execs; all looking to you for guidance, energy and vision.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Turning brand strategy into living, breathing customer experience
  • Creating campaigns and assets that feel bold, sharp and unmistakably Grosvenor
  • Embedding brand guidelines across 50+ venues and digital channels
  • Partnering with venue teams to ensure consistency, excitement and commercial impact
  • Driving brand activation, POS, F&B presentation and partnerships
  • Using insights and brand trackers to refine and elevate performance
  • Leading a high performing team and championing best in class work

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Head of Brand or Senior Brand Manager experience in a multi touchpoint environment
  • A maker’s mindset: you can craft, shape and elevate creative
  • Experience leading brand activation across multi site or customer facing organisations
  • Strong stakeholder gravitas able to win hearts and influence at pace
  • Hands on knowledge of digital, social, campaigns, creative production, partnerships and brand governance
  • Curiosity, confidence and a collaborative style that brings teams with you
