We are looking for an experienced Head of Affiliates, who will drive building a strong affiliate marketing direction from the ground up.
Role is based in Limassol, Cyprus (relocation support is provided by the company).
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or user acquisition, ideally within the iGaming or sports betting industries.
- Language skills: at least Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken), fluency in Ukrainian or Russian is a must.
- Demonstrated success in growing affiliate programs and scaling high-value partnerships.
- Solid network of affiliates, influencers, and media partners in relevant markets.
- Previous leadership experience, including hiring and team management.
- Strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms, performance analysis, and optimisation techniques.
- Excellent negotiation and partner relationship skills.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and aligning affiliate goals with broader business strategy.
- Understanding of compliance and regulatory considerations in affiliate marketing.
Responsibilities
- Build and launch a new affiliate program from scratch, including commission models and incentive structures.
- Recruit and lead a high-performing affiliate team.
- Identify, engage, and grow partnerships with affiliates and relevant media networks.
- Drive traffic and revenue through data-driven affiliate strategies across multiple brands and markets.
- Monitor key metrics, analyse performance and continuously optimise ROI.
- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and market regulations.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams in marketing, product and finance.
- Represent the company at key industry events, expanding affiliate presence and visibility.
