What you'll do as a Growth Marketing Co-op
  • Support the planning, buying, execution, and optimization of local Out of Home campaigns across static and digital formats, gaining hands-on experience throughout the full campaign lifecycle—from creative development to post-campaign performance analysis.
  • Partner with the Growth Marketing Team, Creative Team, Quality Assurance Team, and external vendors to help execute large-scale Out of Home campaigns across multiple business verticals.
  • Coordinate creative quality assurance by validating asset specifications, maintaining creative guidelines and spec sheets, confirming responsible gaming disclaimers, proofing approved creative, and ensuring final asset delivery.
  • Keep campaigns running smoothly by submitting and tracking Jira tickets, updating project timelines in Airtable, and maintaining impression, pacing, and invoicing trackers.
  • Conduct competitive audits and support process improvement initiatives by testing automation tools and artificial intelligence agents that streamline creative review, quality assurance, and other operational workflows.

What you'll bring
  • Currently working toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous internship, co-op, campus organization, or project experience supporting marketing campaigns is preferred.
  • Familiarity with consumer marketing channels, including Out of Home, television, streaming, digital, or social media advertising.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills and a willingness to work across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience using or an interest in learning project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Airtable.
  • Curiosity about automation, artificial intelligence, and process improvement, with a desire to find more efficient ways of working.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a passion for building high-quality marketing campaigns.
