Groundskeeper - Full Time (Horseshoe Hammond)

Rate of Pay: $16.50/hr

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work from maintenance work orders, review job to determine materials needed and to plan repairs required.
• Maintain all exterior and interior surfaces.
• Pain exterior and interior handrails, stairs, doors and frames.
• Sweep and clean all exterior and interior surfaces.
• Remove trash and debris.
• Remove snow from sidewalks and walkways.  Spread salt as needed.
• Uses company vehicle, ladder, hydraulic hoist, pallet jack, high lift, power washer, sweeper and carts.
• Replace signage on the vessel as required and needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
