We need to hire a creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer/Videographer to support our Internal Communications & Events team. This role combines graphic design, video production, and content management to help us produce compelling internal content that elevates employee engagement and strengthens organisational communication.

What you’ll be doing
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Design
Develop visually engaging graphics, animations, and motion graphics for internal campaigns, events, and communication initiatives.
Design artwork and templates for presentations, newsletters, events, and video content.
Videography & Production
Plan, capture, and edit video content for internal announcements, events, leadership messages, and storytelling pieces.
Script, storyboard, and produce short-form and long-form video content.
Record and edit audio/voiceovers where required.
Content Management
Maintain and organise the digital content library—including footage, graphic assets, templates, and archived projects.
Ensure content is version‑controlled, labelled, stored, and easily accessible to the team.
Events Support
Support the creation of multimedia assets for internal events (launches, town halls, employee campaigns).
Capture event footage and convert it into highlight videos and internal content features.
Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with the Internal Communications & Events team to interpret briefs and bring concepts to life.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and internal messaging standards.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
What we’re looking for
The necessary skills that we require for this role include:
Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Film Production, or related field.
Experience in corporate communications or internal engagement environments.
Basic motion graphics for animations, transitions, and branded sequences.
Proven experience in motion graphic design and videography (portfolio required).
Strong proficiency in design and editing tools such as:
Adobe Premiere Pro
After Effects
Photoshop / Illustrator
Media Encoder
Experience capturing high-quality video (camera operation, lighting, audio setup).
Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent organisational skills with experience managing digital content libraries.
