We're a free-to-play tournament style sports betting platform built for the rapidly changing industry. Think DFS strategy meets standard sportsbook experience. We are currently leaning into the F2P aspect to keep us clear of some legal complexity, but a bridge to paid gaming is very much in play with this concept. Our white-label engine can deploy in roughly an hour or two, and lets media companies, creators, leagues, and brands run their own branded tournament experiences with new sponsorship and ad revenue flowing to them.

The platform is fully operational. We've run a successful closed beta. We're laying the legal groundwork. We have 3 fully built white-label demo instances ready to put in front of partners. What we don't have yet, and what we're looking for, is the right person to help us take this to market.

What you'd own:

You would be collaborating closely with our leadership team on the entire go-to-market strategy. Building the pipeline, setting and taking the meetings, helping to close the deals. Translating what we've built into language partners understand and want. The first signed white-label partnership has your fingerprints on it.

Who we're looking for:

Someone with real experience in sports betting, daily fantasy, sports media, or adjacent industries. You've held a partnerships or BD role at a sportsbook, DFS company, media brand, or fantasy company, you've closed deals in the space, or you have a network of decision-makers we can't access on our own. Ideally some combination of those.

Beyond credentials: you see what BMA actually is. You align with our vision, and you can help position us as the true differentiator we are: we are not a generic sports prediction pick 'em app, not a fantasy clone, not a sportsbook lookalike, or a prediction market, but a genuinely new format with structural advantages that no one else in the space offers.

The deal:

Equity-based compensation. Revenue participation negotiable based on deals closed. This is a co-founder-track role for someone who wants to bet on a working product that's a sale away from real momentum. We're bootstrapped, but have no debt and low overhead. The next 12 months are about landing the first major partnership and using that to open the next ten.
