Global Sports Trader

Role Purpose

As a Global Sports Trader, you will have the opportunity to channel your innovative and inquisitive attitude into serving up an exciting, bespoke product to Flutter customers across some of the biggest sporting events of the year.

This role focuses on our cutting-edge Tennis product and will provide the successful candidate the opportunity to work on some of the most prestigious events on the Tennis calendar including Wimbledon, Roland Garros, the Australian Open and the US Open amongst others.

Our team spread across Dublin and Melbourne bring together a wealth of experiences and perspectives, fuelling innovative and creative solutions 24/7 365 days a year to ensure our brands and customers have the most exciting Tennis product available across the globe

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Ideation, management, and compilation of a range of compelling markets for Flutter customers across 100,000+ Tennis events per year
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, sharing insights and fostering a culture where every perspective is valued.
• Interacting confidently with a broad range of internal and external partners
• Maintaining a keen eye for detail in creating and managing attractive betting opportunities.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of making quick decisions with limited information

What We’re Looking For

• Openness to learning and applying AI and emerging technologies.
• Clear and thoughtful communication skills that help you connect with colleagues, partners and suppliers globally
• A genuine focus on understanding customer needs combined with strong attention to detail.
• Good understanding on Excel and similar software products. A flexible attitude toward working hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays when needed.
• While knowing about odds and probabilities is a plus, we offer continuous training to get you fully up to speed.
• An interest in Tennis is a bonus, but we welcome candidates with a variety of interests and experiences.
