As a Gaming Product Projects Coordinator, you will work in a dynamic team, coordinating a wide variety of projects for our Casino and Live Dealer products, from our offices based in Gibraltar.

We are seeking motivated individuals with strong interest in the Gaming industry.

Joining the Gaming Product Project's department, you will simultaneously coordinate multiple projects from a wide range of essential Gaming operational requirements to help deliver a best-in-class Casino and Live Casino offering.

You will collaborate and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in Compliance, Technical, Operational and Product teams within both bet365 and external game providers; to deliver critical project components on time, within set regulatory guidelines.

This position is being offered on a full-time basis, with all relevant training provided

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent bet365 professionally when dealing with third- party game providers and internal stakeholders.
• Forward thinking with a passion for delivering the highest quality product ensuring the user experience is key.
• A thorough understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time and to regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and escalating issues.
• Results driven self-starter.
• Aptitude for working effectively under pressure on multiple concurrent tasks and projects whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail.
• A strong understanding of business, regulatory, and responsible gambling requirements.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively, organise and prioritise workload, and work well under pressure.
• A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to contribute to process improvement and guide others.
• Excellent oral and written English language skills.

• Being the point of contact and oversee the timely delivery of projects, ensuring all processes are completed correctly and in line with regulatory standards.
• Maintain strong working relationships with Project Managers and respond promptly to their requests.
• Actively participate in all project-related discussions.
• Identify and escalate issues that do not comply with business, regulatory, or responsible gambling requirements.
• Working closely with different departments to ensure successful project deliveries.
• Analyse project performance following release and provide feedback.
• Completing daily and weekly assigned tasks.
• Represent bet365 professionally when communicating with third- party providers.
• Communicate and organize with third party providers and internal departments.
