Company Description

We are seeking a Gaming Operations Delivery Manager to play a key role in ensuring the consistent, efficient, and high-quality delivery of gaming campaigns across our platforms. The role sits at the centre of Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, and Propositions, acting as the operational bridge that translates strategy into dependable execution. 

 

You will be responsible for end-to-end operational execution of campaigns, driving adherence to robust procedures and continuously simplifying and improving processes. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong stakeholder management, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

Campaign Operations & Delivery 

  • Partner closely with the Marketing Operations team in Hyderabad to streamline workflows where appropriate while maintaining high standards. 

  • Ensure all gaming campaigns are configured accurately and delivered on time. 

  • Own and enforce operational processes, with a strong focus on testing, quality assurance, and risk mitigation. 

  • Serve as a key point of contact for operational execution, ensuring clarity, consistency, and accountability. 

Prioritisation & Process Excellence 

  • Support effective workload prioritisation, balancing speed, quality, and business impact. 

  • Ensure full adherence to documented Strong Operational Procedures, identifying opportunities to enhance, streamline, or scale them. 

  • Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and address issues before they impact delivery. 

Stakeholder Collaboration 

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with the Propositions team to ensure the Operations and CMS teams receive clear, complete, and timely information. 

  • Reduce friction in workflows by improving communication, handovers, and expectations across teams. 

  • Work closely with Product Marketing to ensure operational capability aligns with campaign ambition and roadmap requirements. 

Continuous Improvement & Leadership 

  • Champion operational excellence, quality, and accountability across all gaming operations. 

  • Provide guidance and operational leadership to ensure best practices are consistently followed. 

  • Support change initiatives and new ways of working as the business and product offering evolve. 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operations, campaign delivery, or gaming/marketing operations, ideally within a regulated or fast-paced digital environment. 

  • Strong understanding of campaign setup, CMS processes, testing, and QA. 

  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex processes without compromising control or quality. 

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across Marketing, Product, and Proposition teams. 

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities. 

  • Confident communicator who can influence, challenge constructively, and build strong working relationships.
