Job Description

As a Gaming Content Coordinator, you will create and publish marketing content across various platforms, promoting our Bingo, Casino, Live Casino, Games and Poker products.

The Gaming Content department are responsible for creating engaging marketing and promotional materials for our gaming products, to publish on our Company website and to send to our customers worldwide.

You will be creating offer pages to display on site with supporting marketing content, whilst liaising with various departments to ensure all content has been translated into the required languages and meets the standards set out by the Business.

Additionally, you will be updating, testing and checking the website regularly to ensure the best possible customer experience. You will be expected to effectively manage multiple concurrent campaigns to meet given deadlines.

You will work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, using a range of content tools to fulfil content requests in line with given briefs.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

Qualifications

  • Strong written English skills.
  • IT literate with experience of website maintenance.
  • Degree level or equivalent practical experience.
  • Keen eye for detail, with the capacity to work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements at short notice.
  • Exceptional organisation skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly with key stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience of third party marketing and content platforms such as Optimove, Braze and Contentful is highly desirable but not essential.

Additional Information

  • Writing and publishing site content in line with Company guidelines.
  • Preparing site content for translation by liaising with a team of translators and importing text using our content management system.
  • Arranging and testing translations of marketing emails as well as other customer communications.
  • Providing promotional content for the affiliate team.
  • Proofreading all promotional content prior to publication.
  • Reviewing all site content, fixing any live errors and ensuring it is both up to date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Working to high standards and assisting in the creation of those standards.
  • Liaising with gaming teams to ensure all promotional content is produced on time and meets agreed briefs.
